What we expect
Play respectfully. Accept refusals and defeats, do not pressure anyone to record, and only share content you have the right to share. 67 CLUB is for people aged 16 and over.
What is prohibited
- Threats, stalking, harassment, intimidation, targeted humiliation or hate speech.
- Nudity, explicit sexual content or any exploitation, grooming or abuse of minors.
- Graphic violence, promotion of self-harm, dangerous challenges or illegal activity.
- Disclosure of private information or recording people without permission.
- Impersonation, offensive usernames, spam, fraud or score manipulation.
- Using third-party images, audio or other content without the necessary rights.
How to report
Email helpdesk@bitwe.pt using «67 CLUB — Safety report», or prepare a message below. Include the username, approximate date, battle reference if available and an objective description. Stop interacting with that player and decline further challenges while the case is reviewed.
Do not send or redistribute child sexual exploitation material. Describe the issue and provide only the necessary reference. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Handling reports
Bitwe reviews available evidence and may request clarification, remove content it controls, restrict or close accounts, and cooperate with authorities where required. Measures should reflect the severity and evidence. We do not promise real-time monitoring or access to videos already removed from the server.
To appeal a measure, contact support with the case reference and your reasons. Avoid false reports. Your data are handled under our Privacy policy.

67 CLUB — Report / Block
Profile → Player safety: enter the player username, choose a reason and send a report. You receive a reference. Block the player to stop invitations and matchmaking and hide their server history and media from your account. Reports are reviewed by Bitwe; helpdesk@bitwe.pt handles support and appeals.
Perfil → Segurança e jogadores: indica o username, escolhe um motivo e envia a denúncia. Recebes uma referência. O bloqueio impede convites e encontros automáticos e oculta o histórico e vídeos desse jogador no servidor. A Bitwe trata as denúncias; suporte e recursos: helpdesk@bitwe.pt.
