1. Service and operator
The Playpint website and 67 CLUB game are operated by Bitwe, Lda. Contact helpdesk@bitwe.pt or Rua Pires Jorge 5, 1600-577 Lisboa, Portugal.
67 CLUB is a recreational motion game with 10-second rounds, scores, rankings, challenges and optional sharing. Aura is not money, a financial asset or a redeemable prize. The current version contains no purchases or subscriptions.
2. Age and account
You must be at least 16 and able to accept these terms, with your legal guardian’s involvement where required. Store age ratings are additional and may vary by territory.
Choose a username that does not impersonate someone, infringe rights or contain abusive content. Your device session identifies your account. This version has no email or password recovery: losing the session or clearing data may prevent access. Protect your device and do not share credentials or session tokens.
3. Safe and fair play
Hold your phone securely, use clear space and moderate movements. Do not throw your device, play while driving, near obstacles or in ways that could injure someone. Stop if you feel discomfort. Acceleration, speed and distance metrics are recreational estimates, not medical advice.
Do not manipulate sensors, clients, scores or rankings; use bots or exploits; or attempt to access others’ accounts or files. We may invalidate results or restrict access in response to abuse, with a support route for clarification.
4. Image, audio and sharing
Video and audio recording is optional. Before recording, obtain permission from identifiable people and rights to any audio or other included content. Do not record others’ private content without permission.
You retain your content rights. By choosing to record a battle, you authorise Bitwe to receive, process, edit and make the content available to both players for game features. You also authorise local copies and sharing of the Reel by the participants as explained before recording. This permission is limited to those features and does not grant independent advertising use of your image.
Your opponent may share the Reel outside the app. We do not post automatically. You can play without camera or microphone. Deletion within the service cannot recall files already saved or shared by someone else.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
Harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, nudity or explicit sexual content, child exploitation or abuse, graphic violence, disclosure of private information, dangerous challenges, fraud, spam and infringement of copyright, image or other rights are prohibited. Do not use the game to target or exploit minors.
Read the Community rules and use the reporting contact provided there. We may investigate reports, remove content we control and restrict or close accounts where necessary and proportionate. Illegal content is not tolerated. You can appeal a measure through support.
6. Licence and availability
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app in accordance with these terms and store rules. The brand, software and proprietary materials remain with their rights holders. Do not redistribute the software or commercially exploit our materials without permission, except where the law grants that right.
Relevant features require connectivity and compatible sensors. Network issues, maintenance and interruptions may prevent rounds and sharing. We may correct, update or discontinue features, respecting applicable rights and communicating material changes where possible.
7. Deletion, liability and rights
You may stop using the service and delete your account. Deletion removes the account and associated active data, subject to the backup, legal retention and external copy limitations in our Privacy policy.
Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Each party remains responsible under applicable law for damage attributable to it.
8. Apple, Google and applicable law
Apple and Google do not operate or support 67 CLUB. Store use is governed by their own terms. On iOS, the application licence follows Apple’s standard EULA unless a specific EULA is expressly provided in the store; these terms additionally govern the Playpint service.
Portuguese law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence or your right to use legally competent courts. Contact us about concerns or complaints. Material terms changes will be communicated and submitted for renewed acceptance when required.
